I appeared CBSE 12 in 2012,I am not in top 20 percentile,will I be eligible for IIT-JEE 2013(re-attempt)?
yes u can be eligible but for that u will have to give cbse exam once again next year and try to get more marks. cbse have allowed students getting less marks this year to give exams next year also.
