this is the official website for online forms...

then click on the

Helpdesk for Online Application

then click

Students and Parents/Guardians

Click here to get instructions for applying online

If you are already familiar with the instructions click here to start the Online Application Process

you can go there after according to your choice....

Dear Aritra,

The official website where you can find online forms is

http://www.iitkgp.ernet.in/jee/index.html

and as for your second question, every IIT has its own official id.So, there is no specific Official website for all the IIT's
