hello sir! i'm in a state of great confusion. please help me.i seriously want to go for IIT but acc to the new formula,proposed in the IITs-sibbal meeting ,only top 20 from every board can write the exam.please elaborate it.see my percentile in 12th boards was unfortunately not so good,so is there also some provision for those students who had given 12th this year to once again give 12th in 2013 since the new system has popped up just now after the board exams.
