can anyone tell me which field in iit will earn me very very high pakage? sum whr around 1cr? nd wht u think abt chemical and then petro chemical.

see my plan was to complete m.tech in iit chemical enginer and then go for a petro chemical course for 1 year and then for mba. probably iim. soo acc to my knw ledge this wil earn me a pakage of 1cr to 1.5 cr. sooo wht u think? any changes...? will chemical give me 1 cr?
yash see keep three things in mind...1 M.Tech in india is not that good as B.Tech course in the same institute..there are very less chances or i shud say nill chances of getting a pakage above even 15 lakh from IITs in india if you are not a super duper brilliant guy...
2.IIM A even is not that what you think... only 4-5 people there get exceptional placements of over 15 lakh p.a.
3.cse/ec/it from a good NIT,BITS,IIIT or IIT will fetch you a good amount if you are that capable example this year a guy from NIT ALLAHABAD got the highest ever pakage in any engineering college upto date in india of 1.33 crore p.a. in usa. so you see he was only a B.Tech from EC from NIT allahabad..no M.Tech no MBA nothing yet better than 99.99% of IIM ,IIT people...
