4. Electromagnetism & EM Waves
5. Nuclear physics
6. Semiconductors

CHEMISTRY
1. Inorganic chem - entire
2. States of Matter
3. Mole concept
4. Atomic structure and nuclear chemistry (some part overlaps with nuclear physics)
5. Chemistry in everyday life

MATHS
1. Permutations-Combinations
2. Binomial theorem
3. Matrix Determinants
4. Differentiation & Differential Eqns.

but last 10 years papers are most important for iit mains !!!!!
