Is there any provision of branch changing in 2nd year in DTU ?
Dear Vaibhav Jindal(Meet the Champ),
Since all Branches have the same Engineeirng Subject in the first year it is possible to change branch in the Second year but for that you must have amazing Scores althrough the first year !!
Still you have to have some luck for this to happen because many students who ask for this branch change get rejected !!
But there are chances you may change branch withtin2-3 months of joining DTU because there are Vacancies that will be noted & will be filled first so there is a high probabilit of changing Branches in the First Year !!
I myself had an opportunity to go for AeroSpace Enginnering @ IIT-Madras from ECE @ IIT-Madras but i was just comfortable with ECE so i did not take it bt other guys changed branches !!
So it is alays possible but you must have a high All India Rank to get the First preference for the seat !
