Since u want to do an MBA after ur B.Tech then any graduate degree would be fine. IT BHU gives u the tag IIT as it has been given the IIT Varanasi tag. But mining is kinda field job types, so u need to think whether u want to pursue it.

NIT Jaipur is not as reputed as IT BHU but Chemical engineering has gt great scope in India and abroad too. Bt since the final aim of urs is to go fr an MBA , then getting the tag IIT is good, and IT BHU should be preferred.
