we know that frequency = vibrations per sec,,,,,,and angular velocity as revolutions per second....now vibrations and revolutions are both periodic motions, hence can we say that angular velocity is the frequency of angular velocity per second? does it same applies for linear motion???????

Dear Anindya

Although both frequency and angular velocity are periodic motions but do not link both in this way. Although both these are linked which you will read in higher physics but this is not in JEE syllabus.

All the best
