This Book Is For Class 9th. Please Can You Suggest Some More Books. What Is Your Opinion On This Books Which I Have Got Can I continue With This. Is It Of IIT Level And Good For Making Our Basics Strong And Can It Lead Our Way To Crack IIT-JEE?

Good to see how dedicated you are to crack IIT JEE.The books you mentiond are good and try learning the concepts fron the basics.the main practise you have to do is how to learn a new topic right from the basics.Practise from these books as many problems as you can.You can defnetly achive Good rank in JEE with this dedication.
