the water in the sea is boiling ,but dosent seems that it is too hot.why?

The water in the sea is not boiling,it is evaporating from the surface. When the temperature of the water reaches boiling point, the vapour pressure of the water becomes equal to the atmospheric pressure. When this happens, the body of water evaporates throughout its volume.

Are core branches(Mechanical) in Top 3 NIT worth it ?
