If you are interested in writing GATE after wards and do mtech in iit then jntu would be better.Because after coming to iit CSE would be better option.If you want to for MS then nit suratkal is better.If you want to go for nly job then also go for nit only.After going to nit your communication skills and other things improve alot compared to jntu
