In present senario , an engineering degree do not have much value if it is not from a reputed institute. So IIT have highest value tag as far as B.tech is considered.
If you are comparing a B tech of 4 years or Dual degree of 5 years , then the answer is B.Tech of 4 years has more value than a dual degree as you have better choice for higher studies after B tech.
