What should I choose: BITS Pilani chemical OR IIT Kanpur Materials & Metallurgical Engg. Reply fast.

Of course bits pilani..plus in further iteration, u'll get a very decent branch in bits unlike in iits....go for bits pilani...u wont be upgraded from kanpur metallurgical which is a very boring branch

I find materials science more interesting than computer science. Mechanical, chemical are fine. Still trying to develop interest in electrical. Aerospace is also good. I like biochemical more than civil.

Placements are not the main criteria.

Plus, I will get chemical in bits only in the third iteration.

IIT Kanpur is much more renowned than BITS.
