i have got m.tech 5year dual degree in industrail chemistry. in aieee i have got cse from trichy. which is better option. also if we going for 2nd counselling can the fee will be refund in iit

I guess u r talkin abt industrial chemistry at BHU
u cant even compare both
it hasnt got much scope and NIT Trichy is as good as BHU
as far as i know,the fees will not be refunded,but u call up IIT Madras once again
and i guess ur rank is around 5500,so u mite not get upgraded 2 anything big in the next allotment too
i suggest u not 2 pay the fees,coz NITT CS is way above dan anything else u get at dat rank
