SINCE u r offered Chemical at calicut after 1 st counselling,i guess ur rank is close to 10000
if u belong to AP or TN,then u rlikely to get chemical at warangal/trichy which is the best possible option for u
if not choose BITS,as u can get chemical at PILANI and all branches at goa/hyderabad
dont go for new IITs as u miss campus lyf and they lack infrastructure

Ofcourse Chemical engg at NIT-Calicut is promising and there is lot of scope too. But in case you get NIT Warrangal I would suggest you go for it. Besides, Chemical at BITS-Pilani is also a good option.
