yes u need to join some coaching center and prepare for JEE. FIrst I ask u to comlete with 11th syallabus asap and start practising some standard recommended books for IIT JEE. Clear u r concepts frm them and practise alot. Work hard and u'll definitely get through exam. You can clear it
