I got AIR 6899 in IIT and secured 331 marks in BITSAT..which institue should i go for?I am redy to take any branch.

Total no. of seats through IIT is just 6875. As your rank is quite far away you cant expect something good.
Regarding your BITSAT score, it will fetch you all the courses of your wish except Comp. Sc. or elec. at Pilani.
Opting for Pilani, Mechanical will be the best option for you.
