You can expect a rank of around 3500 in Aieee and around 4000 in Jee but the final rank depends on the category you have appeared in the exams. for KITEEE you can check out below link

as you have got 4th rank in it you will surely get a branch of your choice .
I would suggest you to wait till the results are out for JEE and Aieee and then check out for what branch you getting in which college . If you get a desired branch in a new IIT or a NIT you can go for it else you will always have a option of a good college with desired branch in KITEEE.
