where does the new iits stand when compared to old iits, bits,and niits?

Old IIT's are one of the best institute in matter of providing excellent envioronment of education and research.
so definately IIT's have the brand name all over the world if you accquire any kind of skills from them then you would be known all over the world by an IITian. Also NITs better as they are more developed in comparison to new IITs . And BITs Pilani is also among the best.
If you compare all above from New IIT's then definately you will find them better. So according i ll rank new iits in tha last in comparison with old iits , bits and nits.. due to less development. But surely new IITs wil be equally developed as old IITs coz they are already in mentership of old IITs.
