According to your marks , you estimated rank would be somewhere beyond 10000, so with this rank its hard to say that you can get cs or ece any where , but definately you can get mechanical or electrical in yor mentioned NIT'S.
However score may vary and as a result rank may also vary, a slight difference may create lots of difference in rank.
