FIRST OF ALL THE MAIN TWO BOOKS YOU SHOULD DO BEFORE PICKING UP ANY OTHER BOOK IS
NCERT CHEMISTRY CLASS 11 AND CLASS 12
NCERT EXEMPLAR CLASS 11 AND CLASS 12.
AFTER THE COMPLETION OF BOTH THE TWO BOOKS AS YOU HAVE VERY LESS TIME NOW YOU CAN GO FOR SOLVING LAST 10 YEAR PAPERS.IF YOU DO ALL THIS MATERIAL WITH FULL CONCENTRATION AND UNDERSTAND IT ALL THEN I AM SURE YOU WILL BE ABLE TO CRACK IIT JEE CHEMISTRY

what u can do for chemistry , ncert is the concept builder , so, donot ignore ncert at all . 
frst of all read ncert and mark those imp points . and proceed on . 
and simoultaneously take these following books 
1- organic chemi by solomons and frahyl 
2- inorganic chemi by grb publication 
3- physical chemi by p bahadur 
and also the last 37 years papers of jee for PCM .
