below are checklist of jee main councelling 
1- 12th grade marksheet and certificate from CBSE . 
2- OBC ( NCL ) , approval from required official . 
3- aadhar card may be required for verification . 
4-rank letter , alongwith the allotment . 
and you can submit obc ( ncl ) certificate also on joining the college , but for that you need to give a declaration .
