You can fill Application for for JEE exam. If you crack the exam you can take admission in NIT AND IIT colleges of India. Also you can apply for BITS entrance exam
Otherwise best is to crack JEE and go for a good college like IIT
And sure if you have interest in CS or civil branch you can take them. Good score is required in JEE to get admission in both these branches
