my rank in jee advanced is 1060  sc category. can u tell me which branch should i opt and which college?

Its totally on your interest. First decide that you want good college or good branch. If you are getting good college but not branch then I would refer that you opt for good branch and that too must be somewhere near you interest. Otherwise you may loose your CGPA which matters a lot in IITs. Also look what you planned for your future. If you want to go to civil services or CATetc then college doesnt matter. 
If you look for good college then you may get metallurgical in IITB or textile in IITD. 
If you look for good branch like CSE then you may get it in new IITs.
You may check opening and closing ranks at jeeadv.iitd.ac.in/seat-information
Also do remember that hard work in IITs aka CGPA matters the most. If you learn your stuff well then you are the boss.
