NO THIS MATERIAL IS NOT YEAR SPECIFIC BUT IT VARIES FOR SA AND SX BRANCHES.YOU CAN FOUND KVPY MATERIAL AT THE BELOW MENTIONED LINK

yes , the SA and SX are diffrent , they also have diffrent times also , and also they should have to attempt in diffrent classes , 
and abt the material – there is no such specific syllabus are there for KVPY , u can do the last 3-5 years papers , they are almost requred and take test . mock test as much as u can 
also stregthen your foundation as kvpy only ask simple ques in a twisted manner , so, sometimes concept will play a benificial role . 
and u can take askiitian self study course also , they are designed to have a good base .
