In the JEE Mains syllabus there is “general trends in physical and chemical properties of elements across the perios and down the groups” under unit 15 p-block elements. Does it mean, the individual physical and chemical properties of each group ? Which page number and heading does it come in the textbook ? They are asking for the general trends, and it is not there in the textbook. Pls. help and guide me.

Yes it means properties like affinity, electronegativity of each group and across periods.
