I completed my 12 th in 2014. I took admission in CS+MBA(5yr) in Thapar University in 2015 after taking a drop.This dual degree was started in 2015 itself. I gave JEE Mains again in 2016. Now, I have a chance to get CS(4yr) in Thapar University. Also I have got CS in IIIT Vadodara(started in 2012). I have these 3 choices. Should I continue with CS+MBA(5yr) or should I take admission again this time in a 4yr course. Please help asap.

u should continue in cs + mba dual degree in thapar university , 
see , if there will be a option between iiit vadodara , and thapar university , then for sure its thapar , as thapar is a old and earned a very good image in placement status . 
so, if u are already in cs + mba , then continue with it . 
it have much larger perspective than only cs branch . 
as its a dual degree , also u have more scope for mba option . 
}so, better continue with it , dnt loose a year again .

I have an option of getting CS(4yr) in Thapar University this time. Should I not consider this as CS+MBA was started in 2015 and mine is first batch of this course. I want to ask that won’t I face any difficulty in placements due to one extra year of MBA.

No, no akshay sharma you will not have to face any difficulty at your placement time . SO YOU SHOULD KEEP PURSUING WHATEVER COURSE{ I MEAN CS+ MBA} YOU ARE PURSING AT THIS TIME AND TRY TO IMPROVE YOUR PRACTICAL SKILLS AS WELL AS ACADEMIC KNOWLEDGE THAT IS MUST FOR GETTING A HIGH PLACEMENT PACKAGE
