5 A.M – WAKE UP
6 A.M.– GO TO YOUR DESTINATION
6 P.M. – COME BACK HOME
6-7 P.M.- EAT FOOD AND TAKE SOME REFRESHMENT WHICH INCLUDES SOME STRETCHING EXCERSISES ALSO
7-8 P.M – PHYSICS
8- 8.15 P.M – REST
8.15-9-15 – MATHS
9.15-10.00 – TV, DINNER
10.00-11.00- MATHS
11-11.30- REVISE WHAT YOU HAVE DONE THE WHOLE DAY

time table u have to make beacuse u better knows in which subject you are weak and in which subject you are strong . 
i am giving the strategy to make a good time table 
1- give max time to the weak subject and min . time to the strong subject 
2- donot ignore any subject , everything is important 
3- give most of the time to physics , as it contains problems in jee , and 1 problem can take half an hour to think and answer . 
4- donot rott anything , try to understrand the concept , cramming will not help in jee . 
5- jee check the problem solving skill , so spent most of the time in problem solving rather than theory reading . 
6- last but not the least , donot take very much stress , and donot ignore your personal hobbies and sleep . they are so important .
