For IIT JEE completing a full book doesnt mean u r master in that field
I always suggest you to be clear with all basic topics, and practtice as much as you can from your college/coaching center material, test papers, Arihant series, HC verma etc...
If u r good at basics, u definitely have good chance to make to IIT.
