In NCL3 we need 375k to break N-CL bond where as in NOCL we need 158k to break N-CL bond. What is the reason?

hybridisation of N in first case is sp3 but in 2nd case it is sp2 therefore it is more electronegative and this increases ionic character of bond thus decreases bond dissociation energy
