3 tangents are drawn to a circle.what is the probability that triangle formed by these tangent will inscribe that circle?

the probability is 1 i.e., it is a sure event because the triangle formed by these tangents definirely will inscribe the circle

it cant be stated by probability because there is a probability to draw 2 of the tangent parallel to each other.. that is one at the top of the circle and another at the bottom......and hence to construct a triangle itsef in such a case is not possible.............
