i am having 'Fundamentals of Organic chemistry'by John McMurry .IS this book reliable for preparation of iit?

Hi Arzoo,

It is a good book.... but its standard is more than for IIT JEE.... if you follow that book only it consumes a lot of time.... only use it for reference

If u feel that u have lot of time for preparation, U can go this book which has everthing starting from fundamantals

or else go for O.P.Tandon which shld be sufficient along with u r coaching center material and give as number of tests as possible

Practice makes u perfect in all topics
