WHY SCRA ENGINNER COURSE IS DONE IN BIHAR WITH LIMITED SEAT.AS I KNOW THAT THERE ARE MANY CLASS FOR ENGINEERING IN SAME COLLEGE

BUT SCRA HAS LIMITES SEAT I.E. 10 TO 50. IT MEANS ONLY ONE CLASS IS GOING ON

There is no particular reason to do this in Bihar, but seats are limited because the demand is less and they are only looking for best of the brains]
