sir, please advise the better option a preparatory course at indian school of mines university or NIT Tiruchirapally-production engineering

I tkink NIT Trichi would be better option for u, as it would provide u better environment for learning. NIT trichi is cosidered as one best NIT of the country. There u wud get in touch with people with more caliber which could b opportunity for u to learn from them. U wud more aware of the future option & wud b more informative abt the present scenario of ur feild. As per my knowledge, pdtn engg. hav better job opportunity &more over working conditions r better than conditions in mines.
