i am using the syllabus from website. so is the syllabus for 2012 jee likely to change a little from 2011?????

You can continue using the syllabus from the website. There has not been any major change in the

IIT JEE Syllabus

for quite some time. If there is any change, among others the askIITians site would also notify the students. Moreover, you would get to know of it through news and media.
So, don't worry and keep studying as per the current syllabus.
