my aieee air is 10710. i am a non-delhi resident. can i get a good branch (cs, ec, elec, mech or civil) in DCE. also plz tell me whether i have to go to delhi and stay there till the whole counselling or not coz its dates clashe with my aieee counselling and reporting?

I do not think that u can get any good branch in DCE at this rank as per last years cut off. These are the last years final cut off and i think acc to them , in general category BT and PCT are the only choices available.
