i have secured a rank 5623 in jee 2009,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,i havent been alloted a seat ,,,,,,,,,,,,i ended up filling msc chem in roorkee which last year closed at 5386........wat r my chances of gettin that in 2nd counselling.................
also i would like to ask whether architecture students would be upgraded in 2nd counselling or not

i m regret to inform you that there is no such thing of second counselling for iit. So, if you havent got any branch in iit's , it would be better to see other options.
You can try on other college through AIEEE.
And if you are thinking about dropping which can also be a good option for you if you are a fresher.
