Enginnering branches such as CSE, ECE and Electrical would be fine for you. As per as other branches are concerned, you may fit for them.

Colorblind people might face a little problems in branches such as metallurgy and material sciences, where they might face problems during some experimental studies like optical microscopy.

So, you can chose your branch accordingly, seeing the course curriculum for different branches and get idea, whether you may be a good fit or not, in terms of your colorblindedness.
