limx→∞(Π/2-tan-1x)1/x

or elimx→∞{ln(Π/2-tan-1x)}/x

or elimx→∞{ln(cot-1x)}/x

use L -hospital rule

elimx→∞{-(1+x2)^-1/2}/cot-1X

again use L-Hospital ruleand put limit

=e0

 =1
