root[2{x}2-3{x}+1]=f(x)

2{x}2-3{x}+1  ≥  0   =>[2{x}-1] [{x}-1] ≥0

we know that {x}≠1

=>[2{x}-1]≥0

1/2≤x<3/2

but x belongs to [-1,1]

 =>x € [1/2 , 1)
