Grade 12th PassBranch Ranking of IIT

I got obc 2148 in iitjee 2012 and i am selected for ece in ism dhanbad is there any chance for upgrading in next two round for new iit for ele or mech. I got AIR in AIEEE 17458 and my obc rank is 3300 what i have to choose ece at nit surat or ism dhanbad or what suggest me.

continue  in ISM dhanbad    far better then new  iits  or  NITs
