I strongly recommend you to opt for IT BHU civil.It has better placements than new IITs and NSIT CS.
IT BHU > NSIT Comp Sc > IIT Gandhinagar

IT- BHU [ now IIT Varanasi } is undoubtedly the best college amongst the 3, civil isnt a bad branch, but it isnt that great at placements in India, I dont think IIT Gandhinagar, being a new IIT would provide you the campus life you wished for, and I am not very familiar with NSIT, so if u r too inclined towards C.Sc, take NSIT. Else, choos IT-BHU, and check if you can get M.Tech Maths and Computing at BHU, it is a very god courseTHANKS and ALL THE BEST
