Your preferance order should be as : -

  1. Civil, Roorkee ( best in this stram among all IITs )
  2. Mathematics and computing ( kanpur )
  3. Mathematics and computing ( kharagpur )
  4. Textile ( Delhi )
  5. Biological Science ( Kanpur )
  6. Biological Science M.Tech ( Delhi )
