sir , i have got a rank of 394 in gen.category should i prefer b-tech electrical kanpur or dual degree electrical in bombay or madras

Congratulation for your achievement . Only do dual degree in the course where you are intersted. After B.tech if you want you can switch in between the branches if your interest varied. After doing B.tech From IIT you must go to some other reputed college to understand their way of working thus helping yourself in making best possible benefit.
