Grade 12Branch Ranking of IIT

I am having my Counselling at IIT Bombay on 16 th June. But the Aptitude Test fot B Arch Courses at IIT is on 15 th ? How do I register for the Aptitude Test? Do I have to Contact the IIT Bombay to give my preference for b Arch before Counselling . Can u enlighten me please
