Answers : (1)

Dear pallavi

Points are given find the area of triangle ABC

 ΔABC =49/2

similerl find the area of triangle PBC

ΔPBC = |7x+7y-14|/2

so     ΔPBC  /ΔABC    =|x+y-2|/7

given A (3, 4) and B (7, 13). then P is the locus point then i.e P(x,y) we know that distance between two points root of (x 2 -x 1 ) 2 -(y 2 -y 1 ) 2 you just find PA+PB by usingabove...

Just apply the formulae as T=S1. that is: xx1 + yy1 – a^2 = x1^2 + y1^2 – a^2 where x1 = p and y1 =q.

If 2a + b + 2c = 0 then the family of lines ax+by+c=0 is concurrent at...?
U can divide the whole eqn. 2a + b + 2c by 2 also. we get, a + b/2 + c = 0 now compare it with ax+by+c=0 and we get x = 1 b =0.5 hence.

Lt (x->0) xcosx – log(1+x) x 2 how to solve these kind of questions without using expansions
As it is 0/0 indeterminant form solve it by applying L-Hospital 2 times. Hence, => (cosx – xsinx – 1/(1+x))/2x => (-sinx – sinx -xcosx + 1/(1+x)^2)/2 Put x = 0 => ½.

what if it is not in the form of 0/0? like cosx- log(1+x)/x 2 ? if there is an other way too, please let me know

Integrate dx/cos(x-a)cos(x-b) please answer me with full explanation
you can use the formula cosA*cosB=[ocs(A+B)+cos(A-B)]/2 and after that you can apply the concept of partial differentiation, it will make this question a lot easier.
