You can ignore (x^2-9), (x+2),(x^4+x^2+1), (x^68+x^26+35), because these factors will always be positive and for rest of the factors find out point and mark on nnumber line and form intervals and randomly take any value between in interval and find out the sign of LHS, in this way you can solve this very easily.
