The solution is very is easy!
notice one thing!  numerator is always less than denominator for all terms ( except first term which is 1) hence value of each term is less than 1
so for n terms the sum Sn will be always less than n
here Sn >199 for n>199 (choose maximum)
if there are option greater than 199 then go for greater one 
if its still not clear ask me further :)
