Hi,

The no of st. lines from 10 points is 10c2. As selecting 2 points of 10 point will give us a line.

But wait, 7 of them are colinear, means we can only draw single line from those 7 points, so subtract 7c2 but dont forget to add one , as these 7 points can make one line.

So the answer is 10c2 – 7c2 + 1
