There is a doubt about cutoff marks (which is normally 450-470 for UR) and qualifying marks (which is normally 360 for UR and 288 for OBC) . so what is the difference between them for AIPMT/NEET. and what is the minimum marks to pass the neet exam and get admission in any collage of india.

actually in NEET the cutoff will be lower that of aipmt , beacuse aipmt reserve only 15 percent seats in all medical college , not all seats ,
suppose lets take the case of cmc ludhiana and cmc vellore medical college .
then in aipmt these only covers 15 percent of seats , and the other seats are filled by the cmc entrance exams separately , but now all of the seats are included in the neet exam .
and also take anathor case of KIIMS AND SUM HOSPITAL in orissa , previously they held their separate exams , but now all seats included in NEET .
so, as the seat will increase then cutoff have a maxiumu chances to getting low ,
for that reason 350 -360 is the qualifying mark for aipmt , and not NEET , neet it will be around 320 i expect but not sure .
AND if u want a good govt college , then u have to score over 520 to get it .
IN neet it may be around 470-480 u can get a govt college .
HOPE IT NOW CLEARS
ALL THE BEST ..
